Memorable and wonderful

Beautiful resort. Elegant, comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast buffet with many and varied choices. Large pool with lounge chairs. Beach near but the water is filled with seaweed which is a little annoying. But the water was clear and warm.

One of the best Holidays we have had ! we had the Luxury Escapes package and I cannot fault this resort the food was divine and nothing was too much from this resort. Imaculate resort throughout and away from the hustle and bustle we had our last night dinner on the beach was fabulous. will defintatley come back.

뭐하나 깔게 없음. 모든 직원들 친절하고 서비스 좋음. 풀장이 작은편이긴 하나 이용하는데 전혀 불편함 없었음. 다음에 사누르 오면 무조건 또 방문할 예정

발리 첫 숙소

발리 한달살기 전 첫 숙소로 신청했어요. 숙소 상태 좋고~ 조식도 깔끔하고 맛있어요. 저녁 4시부터 5시에 진행하는 무료 에프터눈티 타임도 있어요

We loved the Maya! It is centraly located in Sanur with immediate access to the boardwalk.Staff we fabulous & are a great asset & reflection on the hotel. They are very friendly, helpful & nothing is too much trouble.We had a lagoon access room. I thoroughly recommend the upgrade. Pool was perfect temperature and very well maintained.Spa treatments were fabulous. Again the staff were so very accommodating- definitely recommend.Breakfast was great- with huge choice of buffet food but also a cooked to order section. Specialist teas & coffee were also included in the breakfast tariff. Again- I recommend booking breakfast as part of your package. Hotel highlights: Luxury

Otroligt vackert hotell med den bästa frukosten vi nånsin ätit! Väldigt trevlig personal som hjälpte oss att boka transporter för vår resa. Fräscha rum. Många pooler och vårat rum hade till och med en privat pool. Rekommenderar verkligen.

Beautiful Resort, very relaxing and great service

Need to improvise the gym toilet & front desk system

Room maintenance - good Walkway to the rooms, need to be brighter. Too dim at night. Front desk & reservation system - need to improvise, asked for a check out, they said must call front desk a day before. I did that and was told I had to pay (I agreed) and they said they will be able to extend. Much later, they contacted to me to said I cannot extend for later check out claiming they had no rooms available. I went all booking sites to check they still had rooms available. Since my flight was at 9pm, I hanged around the pool area. Went to use the gym shower and it was pathetic. Only one shower and this was also shared with the yoga studio guests. So it was a shared facility. The shower area had no bench no proper hairdryer. AND ITS WAS NOT AIR CONDITIONED. So was stuffy. They have a lounge area which is so huge under utilized and they should maximize that area and extend the shower facility.

깔끔하고 좋았어요~~ 수영장이 조금 작아서 진짜 "수영"을 하면 좀 눈치보이더라구요 ,, 그냥 본인 선베드 앞에서 둥둥 떠있기만해야하는 ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 수영하러 가실 분들은 사누르 지역에 가성비 풀빌라들 알아보시는 게 좋을 것 같아요! 그치만 깔끔하고 부대시설도 잘 되어있고 직원들 모두 친절한 마야에서의 2박3일이 참 좋고 행복했어요~~!

Absolutely amazing place to stay, we were there for 8 days of relaxing by the pool drinking cocktails what more could you want??The nest rooms (we were level 3) up high with a nice view, they overlook the pools below (see the attached video)The staff were all so friendly and helpful, honestly they really made the week so smoothly.The food at the breakfast buffet is highly recommended with a huge range, think of something and it'll be there.Tree bar dinners with a cocktail watching the ocean view sunsets are a must.We went to the Japanese place at the front of the resort, I wouldn't say it was disappointing but the meal vouchers for staying guests don't get much on the menu.Afternoon tea was an interesting mix of traditional foods with pop corn, candy floss with tea, coffee and juices.Vegetarian options are a tad limiting if you stay for longer you'll have to double up the meals.The spa and complementary massages WOW!!!!! Do it!!!If you stay here, spend the 5 mins walking up the beach to the turtle conservation centre.The security guards deserve a mention too, very welcoming and knowledgeable.I highly recommend Maya to anyone and it's on the list of places to stay again.Thank you Maya for a lovely stay.Rooms: The nest rooms have a nice view and overlooks the pools below.The rooms were always cleaned daily with new fruits and flowers plus daily bottled water.Nearby activities: Go 5mins up the beach to the turtle conservation centre.Also, plenty of beach cafes for lunches/drinks.On the street a few minutes walk there is a Brasserie Republique restaurant, go here for lunch!Safety: Felt incredibly safeFood & drinks: Incredible, I didn't have a bad dish the whole time.Vegetarian options are a tad limited. Hotel highlights: Luxury, Romantic, Quiet

I came here a few times not for leisure but for business purposes. The staffs are friendly and welcoming. The lobby is spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the pool. Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly

Good: Palvelu erinomaista. Poikamme satutti itsensä uima-altaalla, mutta henkilökunta huolehti meistä koko vierailumme ajan. Saimme lääkärin huoneeseemme, eikä tarvinut poistua hotellilta. Lasten klubi oli mahtava, myös aamupalan aikaan oli tarjolla lapsille ohjattua tekemistä. Aamupala oli myös todella hyvä. Bad: Katsoimme hotellihuoneen kuvista, että huoneessa olisi ollut 2 huonetta, mutta kuvassa olikin heijastus peilistä, ei siis toista huonetta.

너무 편안하고 휴식이 되는 곳

나이드신분들이 많은 동네지만 지친 마음과 몸을 정말 편히 쉴 수 있었던 곳이예요 수영장도 너뮤 좋고 객실도 최고입니다 특히 침구류와 쿠션들 너뮤 좋아서 꿀잠 잤어요 발리에 또 온다면 사누르에 특히 여기 다시 올거예요
