Great hotel

Good: Everything. The hotel location is great. Staff are friendly. Room is beautiful. Room service food is nice and taste good. Bad: Nothing. There's a renovation with the restaurant, but that's ok cause we afraid crowded places in this covid-19 pandemic era.

Pros: the villa was great, the service was great, and the ambience was beautiful. We booked for Lagoon Suite but were then upgraded to Seaview. There's a photoshoot service available upon request, even free for certain amount of photo. Cons: the common pool could be larger, the access to the beach was nowhere to be seen, and the breakfast menu can be upgraded. Overall: one of the most satisfying villa we have ever booked. Very recommended.

kamarnya sangat nyaman,breakfast nya ok,hanya saja daerah kolam yg langsung kamar perlu diperhatikan ,karena kapan lalu ada beberapa ulat bulu yang nggak tau datang dari mana,tapi sama staff nya cepat di tangani,so far sih semua nya oke

Puas banget menginap disini walaupun cuma 1 malam. Banyak banget positifnya: 1. Dapat welcome drink sewaktu check in. 2. Di-upgrade ke Impressive Nest Suite, kamarnya luas, bathup mewah, dan ada balkon dengan sofabed. 3. Dapat Afternoon Tea dari pukul 16.00 -17.00 4. Kolam renangnya langsung menghadap Pantai Sanur dan akses langsung ke jogging track.

A little piece of paradise

What a nice place! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, in Indonesia. Spacious and lovely rooms (nest suite) with a nice terrace facing the pool. The hotel is facing a quiet part of the beach with a big pool and bar in front. I would also like to mention the great staff! The housekeeping went out of their way when they did in-house cleaning, spotless and very detail-orientated. All staff I met throughout my stay was very friendly. Thanks for a lovely time! Already looking forward to our next stay xx

Nice suite with pool adequate for swimming. Nice designed room and surroundings. But the view of the ocean quite narrow from our room in first floor. Very large round bathtub and daybed. Spacious room. Unfortunately there is some renovation on progress.. hopefully will be finish soon

Best time to stay at Maya. Staffs were helpful and room is spacious, clean with good internet connections.

Always pleasant staying in here and their room is so beautiful. This time we got upgraded one time. Hopefully next we can get double upgrade, since we already experienced triple upgrade, because we really want to try the lagoon. Thank you

The best resort in Bali

One of the best resort in Bali with strategic location. Very recommended for families and couples who want a relaxing vacation. The room is very comfortable especially the spacious and clean bathroom. Plenty thanks to Maya Sanur for the great service and free upgrade room!
